Inspired by The Soup, I decided to make something a bit more complicated than what I usually cook (i.e. 5 minute stir-fry). Chicken Tetrazzini!
The recipe is from that toothy lady Giada DeLaurentiis on Foodnetwork.com.
I must say it turned out pretty well. Marc isn't particular with his food so needless to say he didn't have any complaints.
Hmm...what should my next big dish be?
(I should have photoshopped it a bit but I was too lazy).
